Love, a newcomer is a photographic zine that reimagines Milan through a personal lens. Mixing my own color photographs with archival black-and-white images from the Fotogramma archive, the work reflects on what it feels like to arrive in a new city — caught between curiosity and disorientation.
Printed in soft green and pink on off-white paper, the zine plays with layering, texture, and freeform composition to create a dreamlike rhythm. The recurring image of the Branca Tower — visible from my window — becomes a quiet symbol of stillness in a constantly moving landscape.
